Savasana: is a yoga asana often used to begin and conclude a yoga session. It is a relaxing posture intended to rejuvenate one’s body, mind and spirit.

Savasana
Balasana is a restful pose also known as Child’s Resting Pose.
Setu Bandha Sarvangasana: Calms the brain and rejuvenates tired legs.

Marjaryasana: This pose provides a gentle massage to the spine and belly organs.

Halasana: While in the reverse posture, bring both legs over your head until the toes touch the floor behind your head.

Dolphin: Strengthen the shoulders and arms

Salabhasana: Salabhasana targets the lower part of your body.
